POLICY of TRANSACTIONS
Most paintings are sold UNFRAMED both to lower the cost of shipping and also to allow the customer to have the framing done according to his/her taste.
If a work is being sold FRAMED it will be indicated as such. It will then arrive ready for hanging. The frames are basic, classical frames in either black or white. The mats are white or off white.
We do our best to represent the colors in the photos as closely as possible. However, keep in mind that colors may vary slightly from screen to screen on various devices.
Payments are accepted through PayPal. You can use PayPal to pay with your regular credit card. Or you can use your credit card directly.
The shipment of all work from “SHOP” is free in the Continental US. The shipment will be made within one week through either UPS, USPS or FedEx, and usually takes about 5 – 7 business days. (Keep in mind that it may take longer during holiday season.)
For larger works or works on canvas, please contact us for the price of the piece and for a shipping estimate.
For international shipping, please contact us for an estimate.
Please note: Any order placed through the website is not binding until the work has been sent out.
If for some reason you are not satisfied with your purchase, you can return it to us within TWO weeks in the original packaging. Upon receipt of the piece we will issue a refund less the original cost of shipping.
All works are handled and packaged with great care! However, if you received a package that has been damaged in transit please take a photograph and send it to us immediately so that we can file an insurance claim. Return the package to us within TWO weeks in the original packaging. Upon its receipt, we will reimburse you. The return shipping is to be paid by the client.
